Wow. All I can say is wow, what an unprofessional venue. My best friend is getting married in literally THREE WEEKS and she has received little to no communication from this venue. This has caused unnecessary stress for her when this is supposed to be some of the happiest if not THE happiest moment of her life. We have scheduled 2 events here, my daughters bridal shower and most recently her baby shower. I can't tell you how wonderful this place is, it is beautiful and so much room. They accommodate any size, the bridal shower 2 years ago we had 30 and the baby shower this July we had 60 and they had a way of making the space look perfect. Karina was so patient with me with all my changes and questions and her staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure my daughter's special day was wonderful. This venue has by far the best most attentive staff for your wedding! They were quick to respond to my questions/emails and very helpful in accommodating our special requests. From the wedding coordinator to the kitchen chef, every aspect of our big day was perfect. We catered our food through them and received many compliments on the variety and portions available.
