Moved in before FSI took over and the house was a mess: no lock on the sliding door and garage door. The carpets reeked of dog. Fireplace didn’t work and repairmen said “it’s supposed to be loud and not hot.” Angelo Presitigiacomo was responsive and fixed some problems, but then FSI took over and everything went south. Upon moving out, I had to fight to get my security deposit returned. It came over a month after moving out! Stay away from these high rent, cheaply built “luxury townhomes.”
I loved living here. It’s great that it’s tucked away from the road and still gave you the country feel. The soundproofing was incredible you never felt like you were attached to your neighbor. Angelo was great from our first meeting to when I moved out

Recently moved into the Elms and have had nothing but a great experience. Very courteous people and a great community. Looking forward to the next few years at the Elms.
