I recently had a problem picked up by Dr Kumar which had been there a long time undetected. He did a great job investigating the cause of the problem and fixing it in a timely fashion. Good job!
I have been attending The Elms for something like 20 years. I have always found the staff to be very professional and capable. I have mainly been seeing Dr. Amit Kumar. He is a very experienced doctor who has done a great job of managing all of the medical issues I have encountered over the years. On one particular occasion a couple of years back, he identified an issue which was not displaying symptoms, but which required prompt hospital admission and corrective surgery. My Mum & Dad has been visiting the clinic for the last five years. Dr. Amit Kumar has really made a difference with medication adjustments and monitoring their health. They have always left very satisfied with their appointments. Staff are extremally helpful and very polite and friendly. Cheerful, helpful reception staff, Excellent medical attention.

3 times in a row this week I have been made to wait more than 30 minutes here. However I have been charged multiple times in the past for being late or missing a Telehealth phone call.
