Just visited the Elms Dental Practice with fear and trepidation as an extremely nervous patient. Saw Bilawal Firdaus for a check on a problem tooth he explained different ways forward and how the procedures would happen also with the expected timings. He was able to start the work a week later which was brilliant. He showed a lot of kindness to reassure me. Have been a patient here for many years wouldn’t go anywhere else a brilliant practice. Great experience booking an emergency appointment; was booked in almost immediately by the receptionist Alina and then see to by dentist Bilal who quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a thorough explanation on next steps.
I am quite an anxious patient and dread going to the dentist but they reassured me and explained the procedure!!! I will continue going to this dentist and any nervous people - they are amazing and reassuring every step of the way!
