I’m a current homeowner. After moving in for a year, my dryer alert me for duct blocking. I requested a duct cleaning service, and they said the dryer vent is not installed correctly, it shouldn’t use screen. This violates building code and is a fire hazard. I don’t think this site should be sold while it’s still contaminated with PCE and Benzene, which are both carcinogens. Plus, there have been delays in submitting the required reports to the authorities, so it seems like the cleanup isn’t being handled properly. This is a serious health risk!
