Been living here for 5 years and while it started out good it went downhill fast! The only good thing I have left to say about this place is that the complex manager is amazing. It's clear she cares and she'll go to bat for her tenants against corporate but her hands are tied. Ownership, corporate, and maintenance are all a joke. The owners pick a new management company every year, and the last time a change happened my rent payment got misplaced for over a month. I've lived here for almost a year- at first it was fantastic( it's quiet and noone is in your business) the neighbors are all friendly and super polite. It all started to go downhill when we got a new company owning the apartment complex. It took them months to come fix the whole in my bathroom floor due to the floor being rotted ( the floor is also very uneven still) when my kitchen floor got replaced because of a hole also they didn't even tear up the molded floor due to water(sewage) coming up from the sink. Larry is a great maintenance man. He is very polite and very professional. The property itself is wonderful and very well maintained. The property manager is very friendly as well.
I dont live at Elms at Granada, but I am a Paint contractor for them. The management is easy to deal with & Raunay the property manager is awesome to work with ! The property seems well kept town homes have nice lay out with basements. Apartments are roomy & both have lots of closets.
