Raunay at The Elms was absolutely awesome... friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. The leasing process itself was quick and painless with nothing hidden in "fine print". My wife and I strongly recommend The Elms at Granada if you're looking for friendly, affordable housing.
I moved in on June 12. I had an emergency today with my refrigerator overheating and had the chance to meet Patrick, who is the maintenance Supervisor for the complex. Patrick is professional, attentive and truly caring. He installed a brand new refrigerator within a half hour and asked me about any other concerns. He called me back to insure all concerns were addressed and displayed the utmost professionalism.
Had potential at one time but so run down and apts are so outdated that I'd take a tour before deciding. Your rent can fluctuate at will, lease or not. Its all about collecting rent and nothing to do with residents happiness. Stop by, knock on a residents door and ask them. It's been tossed around by the owners to numerous management company's that have only added to the problem.
