The Elms is run by kind and competent staff. I have interacted in detail with several staff. Raunay is the manager and is hands on, efficient, and fair in all matters. It is nice to see a property being maintained well and run well. Thank you!
I have lived here over a year, and I can call this place MY HOME! I am shouting out Raunay Van Nortwick the Property Manager here at The Elms at Granada! She goes above and beyond to get issues resolved quckily! She has been the most helpful, and the most considerate Manager and listens to your concerns.... My Boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at The Elms at Granada, thanks to Jen! Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome. Been living here for 5 years and while it started out good it went downhill fast! The only good thing I have left to say about this place is that the complex manager is amazing. It's clear she cares and she'll go to bat for her tenants against corporate but her hands are tied. Ownership, corporate, and maintenance are all a joke. The owners pick a new management company every year, and the last time a change happened my rent payment got misplaced for over a month.
