My family and me have lived here for about 4 years. Major stores like Target or Wegmans are a short drive away making it easy to head down for groceries or snacks. Food delivery is also in a prime spot being able to order from big restaurants nearby using DoorDash or uber eats. Darius and Sophia work in the leasing office and will help you. The Elms at Falls Run is a gorgeous apartment complex and Darius and Sophia were amazing through the whole application process. Sophia was able to get us in tour the property the same day we called. The tour was informative and an overall great experience. You can get a great price for the apartments during special times additionally. Definitely recommend!
I had a great experience living at ELMS, even though my time there was short. The community was quiet, and the property was managed by professional, friendly, and highly accommodating staff, especially towards military personnel. A special thanks to Darius for going above and beyond.
This apartment feels like a Godsend. We haven't moved in just yet but Darius made the visit and application process so smooth for us. He is such a ray of sunshine. Looking forward to moving in at the end of the month!
