I initially left a not-so-great review after only living here for a couple of weeks, so I wanted to come back and post a new one after a few months of actually being settled in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I chose Elms at Falls Run because of its good location for my son’s school, and I was immediately impressed by how clean, peaceful, and well-maintained the community is. At first, I was hoping to lease a two-bedroom apartment, but unfortunately it was not available for me. That’s when I met Betsie, and I’m so glad I did. I was genuinely very excited to move here, and I want to start by acknowledging that several staff members have been kind and helpful throughout many difficult situations. My move happened very quickly, and despite the rushed turnaround, I was optimistic and grateful to be here. Terrible all around moved from one bedroom very updated to a two bedroom no walk through toilets sit basically on floor have disabled person who can not get up off of it place is outdated needs so much work can’t open dishwasher oven blocks it big hole in wall behind stove dryer did not work microwave does not work screens missing every room rust on fridge among so much more so dissatisfied no communication with office i REGRET this so much!!!!
