I lived here for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about Bill and these apartments. Bill was honest, didn't upsell me, and I felt safe inside my apartment. It is in a great location. There are so many landlords that are greedy and upselling to keep people poor! I found this out after moving! I honestly miss this complex and you guys felt like family. When I finally departed, I got my security deposit back too. Thank you guys!! I wouldn't have lived anywhere else in Sacramento!
I’ve lived here for years... raised two girls here. I have never had any problems . I feel safe thanks to the security gate and security ...I know I should be in a house but this is an excellent spot to be! I love my balcony! Hard to leave!
My experience living at the elms was excellent. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! I had an incredible experience with management and maintenance. They always took care of my work orders in a timely manner, and I received quick responses from the manager on-site. Coming home from work, the building was always clean and the new security features made me feel really safe.
