Following an injury, it was recommended to me to try a fascia release massage. I booked with Julia and I can honestly say that it was the best massage I have ever received. Not only for my original issue, but for areas I didn’t even know were causing problems. I scheduled a second massage with her before leaving, a first for me, and also have scheduled one for my husband with her. I am so grateful to have found Julia! She is so kind, and is intuitive in her skills.

The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming, and the cozy decor makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. I’ve been a client at The Elm for a while now and could not imagine going anywhere else. The office is pleasant and calming. All the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. I see Bronwen every 6-8 weeks for facials and microneedling and my skin has never looked better!
