I love my apartment so much and the location is so perfect
If you want the single worst management company me or any of my roommates have ever dealt with in Bloomington, extremely untimely fulfillment of maintenance requests, and the lowest quality finishes money can buy, I would strongly suggest living at the Ellis. Besides the fact that there is a garbage truck that comes every morning promptly at 6am to wake everyone up, everything we were told from start to finish by the people from Granite was a complete fabrication of the truth. very noisy neighbors with no proper control from the management
Overall would not recommend living here. The property is run by poor management with no care for their tenants. Our dishwasher started leaking after only 3 uses and flooded our kitchen floor. We are one week in without a functioning dishwasher and have been having to hand wash dishes despite the expensive rent I am paying each month. Also, PSA don’t try calling them on weekends because it’s outside of their business hours.
