DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management is absolutely horrible. The elevator has been broken for more than 2 weeks with no date on when it will be fixed and the gym has been out of order for OVER 2 MONTHS!! I have had a horrible experience with management. It is clear that the leasing office does not care about the experience residents have. They take advantage of tenants and they know they can do it because you have already signed the lease and need a place to live. Super clean! Very well maintained!
Beautiful building with a really nice gym. Plus the location is awesome—super close to downtown, the farmers market, campus, and all the bars. Really walkable and super convenient!! Love it here!
The building is very nice!
The apartments are super clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet considering the location. The staff has always been very friendly and quick to help with anything, and maintenance requests are handled very fast. The location is also a huge plus! It’s very close to everything, but still feels tucked away enough to be relaxing. The amenities are kept in really good condition and the lobby is beautiful! Love love love!!
