Now that the place is almost full, it has started to go downhill. There is dog poop and trash everywhere, elevators usually have something nasty in them, random people use the back patio grills and fire pit that don’t live here, sketchy people screaming at night on the sidewalks, gym has people having their babies in there or 7 year olds working out… The worst was now there is theft. It's a very nice property. I had the pleasure of meeting Amy and she was very kind. They have an excellent Team . I recommended 100%.
The staff here is very unprofessional and rude as well I don't recommend this property to anyone.. Ms. Vega is very unprofessional
When I first moved into this community a year ago, it was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with amenities like heated pools and a fire pit that were major selling points. Within months, the environment declined sharply: loud and disruptive neighbors, strong weed odors drifting into my home, trash being dumped into other residents’ bins, dirty hallways, consistent smell of dog urine on the mulch and communal areas that are no longer cared for. And an excellent apartment, they are new and beautiful, but we have a problem! Many residents do not treat the environment as a place for everyone, and there is a lot of delay for cleaning, the idea would be some way to punish those responsible so that it does not happen again, I like this place and even recommend it to other people to live here. Apart from this problem, it's a good place
