The leasing team was rude and disrespectful 0/10. Left before we could even tour
We have been living at the Elliott for a while now and our experience has not been pleasant. Friday night at 10pm we were woken up by a fire alarm, we experienced the same thing Sunday morning in which the Chief of the fire department told us it's a "faulty smoke detector panel" and unless we continually bombard the front office- they won't fix it.Thats ridiculous that they won't just fix it because they are aware that it's broken and it will just continue to go off. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. Staff/management are incapable and become rude & condescending when they make mistakes. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
I love living here! It’s very quiet, beautiful, with plenty of amenities to enjoy! The gates to the building provide great security as well so I feel safe. It is way better than the gated communities in my opinion. Also I want to recognize Ronnie, Hilario, Estarwin, and Chris for being such great maintenance workers. They are always keeping the property so clean and Beautiful and also for being so quick to answer my work order request. You guys are amazing and I appreciate you!!
