After touring quite a few different apartments and even rentable houses for that matter, the walk through of the Elliot really blew me away. We had Angel as our guide and she was simply wonderful. She knew the answers to all our questions, and allowed us to take our time as we explored multiple apartment layouts and the amazing amenities. Having such a short time to find a place, move in with odd work hours and difficulty getting off, Trystan and Carson made it such a smooth and pleasant transition. Having to move then find a place not knowing the area is very frustrating… They were amazing and highly deserving of a raise…
Just moved in two weeks ago, nothing short of an amazing experience. Carson Rio was our first point of contact as the leasing professional. She was very on top of everything and helped us move in on time. We even had to move in a week earlier than expected, and she was quick to make sure it was all taken care of. The assistance with paperwork, the lease, and even third party companies was top tier. Trystan is AMAZING! Communication was amazing the apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Without Trystan making it so easy for us to come in tour and communicate we wouldn’t be living here! We signed a 15 month!
We worked with Carson throughout our move-in process, and she truly made the entire experience worth the wait. She was helpful, patient, and provided great service from start to finish. We really appreciate everything she did to make this transition smooth for us!
