NP Laurel is relatively good. The clinic is all the problems of modern healthcare. Bougie, complacent, obnoxious, insensitive, etc. 30$ cancellation fee. For medical appointments. They use a pretentious device for communication that is basically just email but doesn't even let you message reception. They play loud radio stations in the waiting room. This is a wonderful clinic. It always reminds me of a time when health care was not stressful. Professional, caring, respectful staff in a welcoming environment. My wife and I were at a very stressful time in our lives. Fortunately we met Dr. Liu at the clinic and he helped us in many ways. Paul Amirault
My whole family and extended family have gone to this clinic and one thing I can’t understand is why everyone acts like we are bothering them when asked to do things that only a doctors office can do. Taking months to get forms filled out is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and unnecessary, and unfortunately this seems to be the case for all of Dr. Liu’s patients. The admin don’t do the job they’re supposed to do and NO ONE is held accountable. I’m happy I’ve moved cities and have a different doctor and staff who seem to actually care.
