Staff are always helpful at the front desks.
I am incredibly disappointed and disheartened by my experience with the Elliot Lake Family Health Team. To start with the front desk, there is a stark contrast in professionalism. The female receptionists have consistently been kind and helpful. However, the male receptionist has been repeatedly disrespectful, rude, and condescending, which sets a very poor tone for a healthcare facility. Pretty darn upset, I called because I wasted a capsule of medicine after being sick a minnute or to after injesting it, i called to have a note passed to the doctor to let him know, So i could get adive on what to do now, as i need the capsule however dont' want to take a second one as it'll mess my count up, ill be one short later on right? but i need it for darn tootin sakesWHAT DO I DO!> i wont knwo cuz i was told No, i have to make an appointment.
