The Ellington cares nothing about their tenants safety. 20 cars were broken into and the management has not put up any signs. To alert others they just don't care. We can't wash our clothes without going from floor to floor. Losing money. Not being refunded. Cars are towed at owners expense even though their is no manifest that even meets Arcturus know who is who in this complex. The maintenance lady is very disrespectful and rude. This is ridiculous.
