We used Elite Pipe MD back in Feb. 2023 for necessary sewer repair. We were completely satisfied with the work and price of repair work. Recently we had a backup in the basement shower, I called Elite Pipe MD, requesting service. Wonderful, hard working, young man came that day. WOW, spectacular work with amazing efficiency. They had to fix a sewer belly outside my house and one inside. Their crews seemed to swarm (in an organized way) mid-morning and by end of day everything was done including nicely finished cement and new sod over the trench in my yard. Elite Pipe MD was recommended to me by a good friend in the plumbing industry. Elite Pipe MD is the gold standard. No need to look further. The service was friendly, they took extreme care of our home, inside and out when replacing our entire main water supply from curb through foundation. They consciously avoided disturbing hardscaping in our yard, despite a very stubborn main line with two 90 degree turns. I would recommend Elite Pipe to anyone & everyone.
The company did work on my neighbor’s house. Her sewage line is now filling up my basement. The crew was about 20 years old or younger and did not seem professional. We are now calling and they aren’t answering their phones. Do not get fooled by the low price.
