I have purchased some services from this place and I could not get it cos of pandemic started. I contacted them and they said they would re open or keep the costumers posted, and did not hear from them ever again. They don't reply emails or voices messages. I trusted in what they said and did not dispute the transaction with my bank and ow its too late to do it so.

I bought a Groupon for their services and when I tried to schedule they just wouldn't? We emailed back and forth for over a month and they just wouldn't schedule me. When you call it goes straight to voicemail. I'm not sure what was going on, but they need to either improve their customer service or get a modern scheduling app. No idea how their massages are though. I ended up exchanging the Groupon for a different spa that took ~1 minute to schedule. (Btw if you get stuck in the same situation Groupon let's you exchange non... read more
