The Eli is a beautiful historic building with so much character. The architecture and original terrazzo floors give it a timeless charm that's hard to find. The building is impeccably clean, well maintained, and offers secure access with concierge service, giving residents extra peace of mind. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Located in the heart of New Haven's business district, it's a wonderful place to call home.
Prejudice residents of the building, went to tour the building and my son was not able see the sun deck due to stairs with no wheelchair access.
Beautiful very art deco. It is good to have money
