Excellent place to live.
The element has been a great place to live. I have had zero issues for the entire year. Jackson and the ladies in the front office are always willing to help with anything possible, it is a great quiet community.
Love the staff her very friendly and make you feel at home. Kelly and Jackson is amazing team. And the place is well kept. Which more places was like this.
Was a little disappointed at first because I didn't think that having good credit and making more than 3x the rent would get you denied. Despite having a collection on my report still didn't meet the criteria. Other people thought that was insane; considering all other things were great. I didn't get my admin fee back either. What a scam! I guess it was a blessing as I have been finding out from other people about car break-ins at those apartments and they have no cameras. Got accepted somewhere else in a heartbeat.
