Love the apartment , facilities and community area , easy process to move in. Recommend for all active duty personnel coming to Leavenworth for CGSC - update 21 May 2026- Lived here for about a year, great location, wonderful Team at the front office and maintenance crew are very responsive,. Braylin, the community manager, is truly kind and helpful. I visited the office yesterday with a question, and she resolved it for me with great ease and speed.
Almost 2 years and still completely love the Element. Its a beautiful, quiet, safe property and I love the staff from Braylon, Amanda and my number one maintenance guy Donnie! Come to the Element, coffee bar, gym, pool, move on in!
The Element stands out as one of the most comfortable and well-kept communities I’ve experienced. The property is consistently clean, well-managed, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Braylin, the community manager, is a big reason for that. She’s attentive, organized, and truly invested in maintaining a high standard for the property.
