The property is consistently clean, well-managed, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Braylin, the community manager, is a big reason for that. She’s attentive, organized, and truly invested in maintaining a high standard for the property. I've had such a great experience at The Element. The complex is always kept incredibly clean, which really shows how much the staff cares about the property. A huge shoutout to the Community Manager, Braylin. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels at home and taken care of. It's rare to find a manager so dedicated to the resident experience. Highly recommend living here!
Braylin was great help in my search for a new apartment home! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had a great bubbly personality. This is a prime location as well, being so close to shops and the airport!
