Nathanial was our electrician on Friday, June 24th. What we thought would be a quick 1-2 hour call turned out to be an unexpected all day job. Nathanial was awesome. Great attitude and communication. Always had a smile. Stayed until everything got done and at no time did I feel like he just wanted to get finished and leave. If you have a chance to request him, do so. Great company representative.
The company gave me the fairest prices for my EV charger installation. Communication was great the whole time. Nathaniel did a phenomenal job installing the wiring and the Tesla charger. He was very helpful in explaining all the work that was completed and recommended other wiring upgrades so I can do for my house without being too pushy. As a bonus he left my garage and basement completely clean and spotless after the whole install.
This is the second time I've contacted this business for help with electrical issues that my small brick and mortar depend on for operation, and the second time they've blown me away with their competence and professionalism. I showed up early today for the service call, and Nathaniel showed up earlier. He problem-solved every curve ball I threw at him and calmly persevered. Every part of the experience with this company was great. They provided me with an accurate and comprehensive quote. They advised me during the quoting process as to what miter might or might not work for my situation. When the electrician performed his work he did it all very well and very meticulously. I was invoiced in a prompt fashion and the invoiced amount did not vary from the quote. I will definitely work with them again the next time I need an electrician
They did an amazing job at my house - super tricky work getting our garage set up to charge an EV, but they figured it out, cleaned up after themselves, and left the place as if no one had been there. Really happy with the process from start (getting the estimate) to finish. The electricians on site were also really considerate that they were working in someone’s home. Highly recommend them.
