Rude service people. Not sure how they look after customers and stay in business
Horrible service staff. The company has way too many customers and money because they treat customers terribly, rude behavior and raising your voice at the customer is not the standard of service. You really need to change your service person. I strongly do not recommend working with them.
Booked a service call for next day. Mechanic phoned in the morning & upon arrival. Super friendly and professional guy; with a mask on :) Rates were exactly as quoted. No surprises. Repairs & tune-up were completed in a timely manner. We'll definitely be using ELTC from now on!
