Took my scooter in because it wasn’t charging and needed new brakes Dan said they’d check it out and text me back with diagnostic/price and date too pick up but I never received a text or communication. Went in in person too check the progress turns out it was Ready and they didn’t or couldn’t check why it wasn’t charging. They could only change the brakes but didn’t install them properly and both front brake pads came flying off on a ride. Smh
Avoid this store. Dropped off an ebike battery and was promised that it will be fixed or at least debugged. The owner held to the battery for 7 weeks, not responding to calls, texts, emails, voicemails, or forms on their website. I had to trek to the store three different times just to retrieve the battery exactly how I left it, missing a big chunk of summer for bike riding. The excuse for 7 weeks of silence and zero action? good workers and good prices, the guy is very friendly! 10/10 I definitely recommend going!
Honestly the best E-bike shop in the city. Management is very accommodating with all e-bike needs, fast working, affordable, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone.
