Really appreciated the prompt, friendly service from Frank & Damien at EBC. They managed to squeeze me in for an unplanned job and got me back on the road quickly. Both times I have been there the service has been top notch and the bike has been returned feeling like new again.
Customer service is tops. All of Frank, James & Damien made me welcome, were very patient as I bought my first e-bike, a NCM T7s. Frank reminded me on a number off occasions to ring him personally if I have any issues post-sale, a welcome change from many other shops who don't want too know me after the sale was made.
