I was seeking help with getting details on legally transferring my mothers home to my brother who has lived with her for years now that she needs to go to a long term care facility. My wife and I had our estate planning done by Attorney Clofine in 2022 and were quite satisfied. In recent weeks I myself then went to a “free” workshop done by another local elder law attorney as we thought we might be missing something. After the workshop, the other attorney gave us a “free” 30-minute consultation. The “free” stuff was nothing but a sales pitch.
