Melissa Leavy represented me in an emergency guardianship case and throughout the much longer process of obtaining permanent guardianship. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and fierce - exactly who I needed in that difficult time. Since then she updated our Wills and Trust. I highly recommend contacting this firm when you have any Probate matters or estate planning needs.
I chose this law practice because I wanted someone who was familiar with the needs specifically for elderly people. I had a wonderful experience. Melissa Leavy and her staff were great. They were professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and had patience when answering all of my questions. I had a simple will drawn up and getting it done has lifted a weight off of my shoulders. I would highly recommend The Elder Care Law Practice to anyone.
Would not give me a price estimate over the phone for a Power of Attorney. Obviously doesn't want any new business.
