While the staff at The Edward are friendly and caring, there's a constant turnover that makes it difficult for residents to build meaningful relationships. Just as residents start to recognize a familiar face, that person is gone — which is especially hard on seniors who value consistency and connection. The food used to be much better about a year ago, but both the quality and portion sizes have noticeably declined.
