Receptionist aren’t very nice people. Walked out of my appointment to be charged $100 without being told. Yet have Medicare and health concession card and they say they bulk bill. Called to see how much I’d be getting back and the lady wasn’t nice at all. Won’t be back!
A very frustrating practice. Reception staff unable to explain process and when questioned, always refer back to the 'doctor' who can't speak to you for another week. Very little understanding or care of individual circumstances.
