Just had my annual service carried out. I was kept informed of the appointment and his arrival time. Everthything was explained to me which was really great. Punctual and courteous. Highly recommended.
First class customer service from the first consultation with Rick to completion by the installation team. Excellent installation Jon from a Courteous, knowledgeable and skilled.
David came out and tested my heating as I'd thought a loud noise I'd heard had come from the boiler. He assured me everything was working well and that the boiler is safe to use. David was very courteous and asked if he should remove his shoes on entering the house which I thought was considerate. I now feel confident in turning on the heating thanks to his reassurance.
From our quote and assistance with the installation of the solar panels while we sorted a smart meter out to the scaffolding, installation itself and aftercare everything has been amazing. We were up and running within less than a day, no real impact to us as we work from home on the day and the ongoing support has been great. I can not recommend them enough if you are considering Solar.
Needed a new boiler quickly and Edinburgh Boiler Company gave us a very good quote for a fiddly job. This took two days but they were clean, efficient and courteous at all times. We also had a couple of minor issues with radiators after the boiler was fitted - nothing to do with the new boiler - and they came out and fixed them really speedily. Great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.
