Wonderful staff and friendly management! Quiet place to live, perfect for families. The upgraded units looked really nice! I do not know about the negative review by that person kalia... It is contrary to what I experienced when I moved in 6 months ago.
I would say pretty much the only positive to living here was that it was close to base. We chose this place without seeing it in person first. Come to find out the 3D tours that they offer on their website is not an accurate depiction of the “renovated models” that they offer. (Even though that’s what the website brings you to when you click on the floor plan) We selected a four bed 2 bath and it came with countertops that were missing chunks out of them, baseboards coated in filth, a broken screen door, old and stained carp... read more
Place is over priced and run by lazy people who are so desperate to not work that they just leave when they are asked to do something. The maintenance people are the worst and all they do is stick super glue on whatever is broken or just ignore you. Completely useless all of them. The pool is dirty and disgusting and the “gym” stinks like garbage and every other thing is broken down. Don’t move here. They only have positive reviews because they literally had a contest for who could write the best review.
I've lived here going on 4 years and I am pleased with the improvements that have been made. I enjoy my unit and have no complaints. Management and maintenance are friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The neighbors are friendly as well.
Overall it’s a good place to live, the set up is nice and the management, and maintenance team are friendly and helpful.
