so the gym is really fun, i have never had issues with staff or members and its generally really welcoming, but i have one issue. the times when its open kinda suck. its open from 9-5 on sundays and 9-6 on saturdays. but on week days its usually 9 am to 9 pm which is fine i guess. the gym also closes super early on holidays which also sucks. im talking like from 9 am to 2 pm. if your fine with having to the skip the gym here and there because of the edge's closing times then its a 5 star gym. but sometimes i have missed the ... read more
I have numerous joint and muscle issues and Serena has been a tremendous help with all of them. She is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to individual needs. I recommend her without reservation.
Love coming here to swim and to work out and great way to stay in shape
