Kaelyn absolutely butchered my long golden hair 🫠 I asked for what I would expect a professional to be able to achieve in length from what I've had before, with a black and red coloring. A bit darker than fire engine red, but what I got was nearly purple, and pretty much all my hair cut off I'd spent 6 months growing. I even tipped her 30% after getting a cut I was not at all pleased with and didn't make a scene in front of other customers.
