Manchester location: I was sitting at the shake bar trying to bye a shake, but these guys were busy on their phones and talking to each other .. like thanks for helping me save my money lol. Management needs to train the young staff to focus more on member engagement
Dirty gym, so dirty that after they “clean” the shower area, the puddle the cleaning staff leaves at the drain in the middle of the floor is mostly urine at this point. This place gets dirtier everyday, I can’t tell you when the last time anything in here was thoroughly cleaned. The sauna is a biohazard full of garbage, waste and mold.
