If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. This is by far the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, and outright disrespectful establishment I have ever dealt with. Let me break it down. I went in to cancel my membership after over a year of paying them MONTHLY without issue. I understood it was rush hour, so I patiently waited for at least 20 minutes before finally being assisted.
