Por medio de la presente me dirijo a ustedes con el fin de expresar una queja respecto a una de las máquinas del gimnasio que se encuentra dañada desde hace varios días. prensa de piernas, máquina la cual presenta fallas que impiden su uso adecuado. Esta situación genera incomodidad entre los usuarios, ya que limita el acceso a los equipos necesarios para realizar los entrenamientos de forma completa y segura. I was treated in a very disrespectful way by the general manager today at the carnston location (Ms Naomi Zaza) and I would like to express my frustration to management She doesn't have the right attitude as a general manager. I have just begun my exercise journey. I came back to the Edge after leaving a long time ago during covid time. The front desk was very nice and welcoming especially Will, Dave, Naomi. Todd, Jada, Micheala were helpful too. I joined their challenge to motivate me. I love the classes especially zumba and all of the instructors are really nice. It is a busy gym because people enjoy coming here and if I am not in class and a piece of equipment is being used then I can do something else.
