Terrible gym, there’s never any equipment available
I been a member since 2019 & on March 7, 2026 I was very exited to finally get back into my workout but decided to bring a guest and had to wait for a long time for my quest to be registered then behind me came 1 other person with a quest & the front desk went ahead & register there quest when I ask if they can do it for me because they was busy I was treated very rude by staff members they didn’t even let my quest come in I even ask if I can pay for them they said no so I had to leave the gym & join somewhere else Where I c... read more
I drive out of my way to test out the gym to possibly make it my home location and they won’t let me use the feee guest pass I signed up for cause I have a Massachusetts license… could of gained 2 new clients and they dropped the ball. Didn’t even try to listen to me explain I just moved here..
Leaving a one star for the sole reason that the new guest check in is awful. It used to be that my guest just needed to scan a QR code. Now we need to eait several minutes for a worker to check us in manually. I dont blame the workers but the stupid policy that is probably designed to annoy you into buying a second membership. Its unnecessary especially since other gyms let your guest have their own code to scan in.
