Best fitness center I've been to. Everyone is so nice. Especially Diane at the front desk. Always says good morning with a smile and will go out of her way to help you.

Overcrowded, too many “influencers” with tripods, and will not let you cancel your membership. Cannot find a parking spot during all hours of the day.

Membership is mandatory here. My child said he wanted to try it for a month, but the staff here signed me up for a one-year contract without my knowledge. My child only said he wanted to try it, and he's only gone two or three times in six months. I want to cancel the membership, but they won't agree! We are very dissatisfied! The fees for both children have been wasted!

This review is a warning to anyone thinking about signing up. Due to an emergency, I had to move out of state immediately and tried for three days to cancel my membership. I called repeatedly, asked for a manager, and even went in person. Every time, the manager was “on break,” unavailable, or not returning calls. That stops feeling accidental pretty quickly.
