Do not get into contract with them! When I joined the woman tried getting me to make an appointment for a personal trainer. I politely declined and told her I am out of shape and have to do this at my own pace. I asked her to please note in my account that I will reach out if and when I decide to make an appointment. I wish there was a zero. This is for the customer service! I am a class person. I also care about wanting to feel comfortable when I come into a gym. Don't plan on feeling comfortable or welcome. The front desk guy looks like he doesn't want you to be there when you come in. Oh, this is my second time. I have not come in but for one class - why?
