Very disappointed and terrible experience. I should be in a class I signed up for that wasn't even full only 23/25 enrolled instead I'm leaving because they allowed people into the class that were not signed up and there wasn't any equipment left for me to use. When I mentioned this to the front desk all I was told is sorry I'm alone. I pay extra for the classes, I've been to multiple locations and this is the first time I've experienced this and Iam extremely upset. Extremely disappointing experience. I split my time between Florida and Connecticut, and was considering purchasing a weekly membership at The Edge whenever I’m in Connecticut. To test the waters, I signed up for their advertised 7-day free trial. That turned out to be a mistake. By day two, I was repeatedly pressured to commit to a full membership even after clearly explaining my intention to use short-term weekly passes during my visits.
