People and staff are nice but it is over crowded. I have tried different days and hours but not much difference, unfortunately.
I'm an au pair from Toronto living in Greenwich now, in my second week down here I joined the Edge Fitness. It's not the biggest or the most advanced gym if that's what you're looking for but it gets the job done and most importantly it has a friendly community of people. Zach, a membership sales rep, helped me with my membership, and he's actually the best. People and staff are nice but as many others said, it is OVERCROWDED. I have tried different days and hours but not much difference, unfortunately.
I was at this location on Tuesday doing a workout with my trainer on FaceTime, when one staff member came over to me telling me that I cannot record in the gym. I explained that I wasn’t recording. Shortly after another staff member came over and told me that I couldn’t live stream. I explained that I wasn’t live streaming I’m simply working out with my trainer.
