Although I am not under contract, I was not able to cancel my membership. I have been trying for the last 8 months but no success. I have sent several e-mails with agreement # but all ignored. Although I explained that I was on a long term assignment overseas and did not use the facility since mid 2024 but all ignored. Very dishonest business. It is all about $20.99 per month’s. It is very sad. To avoid frustration and dishonesty STAY AWAY FROM EDGE FITNESS.
This place is gross. Absolutely disgusting. It’s dirty in more ways than one. The staff and patrons are rude. The locker room is a disaster. Yuck. Sorry to be so harsh, but my last year at this dump was entirely unacceptable. Corporate needs to come in and do a purge and complete remodel.
Predatory cancelation policy. You cant cancel in person, you have to call their financial department and provide offical documents which state that your moving or cancelling for health reasons. LA Fitness is in a lawsuit with the FTC for this, I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and encourage others to do the same.
DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!! MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOU CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN BECAUSE THEY LIE!!!!! They will not do anything to help your concerns nor do they care to discuss your concerns. They care about making money and do not care about their customers. This club has extremely bad business practices and the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
