The front female staff offer no customer service. I’ve walked in many times while not being acknowledged due to them practicing how to make TikTok dances, watching TikTok, flat out talking to other staff members and not caring, and playing Uno with other staff. This club used to be great and I recommended it to everyone, but now they don't enforce rules clearly posted multiple places in the club and on their website (such as wearing athletic shoes at all times on the floor and the turf) but they do enforce "rules" that aren't posted anywhere in the club or on the website... -1000 they think this is death row. They will literally not let you out of a contract and when your contract is up they have some cause where they can auto renew it without your knowledge lol. Thats not even the kicker I was in a car accident and seeking physical therapy which I explained and told them I need to cancel. I’m way over my contract date but they refused to cancel. Came here for a workout using ClassPass. I wanted to use the women’s only area but was told I could not because I wasn’t a member at the gym. My problem with this is the staff did not have any written policy about ClassPass access to show me and there isn’t any written policy on their website either.
