I believe this is one of the best Edge in CT. The equipment at this Edge I have not seen anywhere else. In addition, their cardio selection is quite large. The staff are all friendly and the facility is generally very clean. Lastly, machine are never out of service for too long. Overall solid gym.
I have recently had an experience with the staff at the edge fitness club in Orange that left me feeling belittled, embarrassed, upset and confused - over a $2.50 water bottle. I feel as if I was ganged up on, discriminated and profiled by the staff at the edge. I have had membership with the edge for about two years. My family also has a membership including a daycare membership for my child. I frequent at the edge in Orange specifically, and I have never had an issue there. Trap: They will attract you with their joining offers, get you into a 12 months contract nicely and you cannot cancel unless you move out of state. I am moving out of state to live with my uncle’s family, told them I can offer a phone bill with new address or offer letter, the lady on the phone said no and the corporate email never responds.
