Be careful when you sign a contract with this gym! I signed a 1 year contract which happened a to be a 14 months contract! Their workouts are awful , so I went maybe for 2 months ( I love a good group training ) and just now when I requested to cancel My membership which was coming up One year in December I found out that they have my contract til 3/26! Scammers!
Most instructors are really good, but some of them and the classes are a bit stale. Need some variety, some other options. And some consistency with gym membership levels. Very frustrating to be able to sign up for some Les Mills classes but not others when same level membership had in past allowed access to all group X. The special instructor class 10/18 was a super nice change- some special events would be a nice addition. And gym cleanliness is lacking. Floors are filthy.
SCAM ALERT — Edge Fitness I cancelled my membership in person and signed their cancellation form — yet Edge Fitness has kept charging my card. Repeated. Unauthorized. Unacceptable. I’ve tried to fix this directly with them many times. No resolution. Edge Fitness at Media, PA has significantly decreased since the first time I have come here. The bathrooms are extremely disgusting and not kept up-to-date with, there has been NUMEROUS days I have attended the facility and they did not have any toilet paper OR hand soap/sanitizer in stock for cleanliness. The men’s restrooms are constantly clogged and not maintained properly. The staff is highly judgmental and unwelcoming.
