I love it here!
The evening crew at St. Ann is always incredibly welcoming, and the management team was extremely helpful when I had questions about my account. Overall, a great experience, 5/5 stars! I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area!!!
I’ve been coming to this gym regularly, but I’ve noticed a decline since the new management took over. The overall customer service has not been as welcoming or attentive as before. I do want to highlight that Ty and Tamara have been great, friendly and helpful every time. One concern is that the hip adductor machine has been broken for over two weeks and still hasn’t been repaired. I was a member of Edge a couple of years ago, but I left and then returned. I’ve developed a newfound appreciation for Edge, primarily due to Alliyah’s Spin class! The energy and vibe she brings to the class are truly infectious. She’s incredibly energetic, fun, and motivating, and it’s become a part of my life.
I really enjoy going to Alliyah’s Wed. 6:30 spin class! Her class is fun, motivating, high energy, and a full body workout. It doesn’t feel like a spin class, but more like a welcoming spin community. 10/10!!!!
