I went to this gym in st Ann trusting them to help me with the membership and give me a tour I was help with signing up just for THE MAN TO PUT ME in CONTRACT THAT I COULD NOT GET OUT OF EVEN WHEN I MOVED BACK IN APRIL AND WENT THROUGH A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DUE TO A LOSS IN MY FAMILY ! They are still taking money from me ! Had an issue. I tried to utilize edgecares and speak with someone on corporate level. Was a huge waste of time. Been an active member for 5 years & searching for a new gym home. Things have been going downhill since the old GM retired. What a shame.
Ive been going here for almost a year and a half and the workers luther, tyroll, and the boss tony are some of the nicest and humble people ive ever met. Knowing there working actually makes me want to come to the gym because its the highlight of my day. Their the reason for that, thats why im leaving this review.
