I have been a member of The Edge Fitness Clubs since this location first opened, and it's disappointing to see how much the overall experience has declined. One of my biggest concerns is the lack of cleanliness and housekeeping, which is important for members' comfort and safety. Edge Fitness Corporate—you need to pay attention to what’s happening at your Saint Ann, MO location. I’m sharing my experience because paying members deserve better. The Edge Fitness at 950 Northwest Plaza, Saint Ann, MO has become incredibly disappointing. Every month, membership dues are collected without fail, yet the condition of the facility continues to decline. Scam and fruad! I went in and explicitly asked for a month to month membership, not 1 or 2 years. Month to month since my stay here is temporary. They kept trying to upsell me every other word and kept pushing me to get the more expensive memberships, I said no and asked for month to month. When I went in to cancel my membership they informed me that I had been fraudulently signed up for a 24 month contract, I'm not even going to be in the area that long, why would I sign up for that?
