I began a membership last fall and communicated in the first 2 weeks that the lack of 24 hours did not work with my schedule and they even verified that I had only spent an hour and a half in their facility using their machines during that time. I misunderstood that I had 30 days, not 3. I did everything I could to work with them to cancel my contract and they refused. Super friendly staff, great equipment and very clean! Stopped in for a workout in a roadtrip, but if I lived here I would join!
Do NOT join this gym. My experience has been nothing but unprofessional, disorganized, and shady! 1 star is generous They mismanaged my personal training package, admitted the mistake, but instead of fixing it, they charged me for another month I never agreed to. Even after multiple emails, calls, and unanswered voicemails, they ignored me until I filed a BBB complaint.
