been a month. Fix your damn sauna. you have a handful of locations. It shouldn't take a month to replace two boards. I can not wait to leave for the Army so I can cancel this membership. no 24 hours for elite members. closes at 7 on Friday amd the weekends. embressing to say the least when planet fitness and club are 24 hours. talk about a let down
Zach is a great trainer. Highly recommend, he doesn’t just give a one size fits all plan. Horrid cancelation policy however. Very shady contract details. They want to keep you trapped in their gym for as long as possible regardless of what you say.
The gym is very nice and offer a lot however I have came in person cancelled my membership and my fiance canceled his because we moved, this was about 4 months ago and I’m still getting charged and so is he even after calling multiple times and being told they are going to fix it and refund me but my account is still active and taking out and so is his .
Great gym. Amazing coaches and shout out to Theo!!
