The machine is not good. They do not put Lysol in bathroom. They charge more every April the employees there so weird..
I have to reply. The Edge ChildCare Department is repeating the same claim — that none of the videos or staff reports show that Bella did anything wrong. These are false statements. The employees did not respect me and did not care about my daughter emotionally when Bella was yelling and saying, “I’m the supervisor here and you have to leave.” How dare she speak to a paying member—and to a parent—with such disrespect! On October 11, I went to cancel my membership, which I’d been trying to do for over a week, but The General Manager wasn’t available because he was out of state. I decided to do my workout since I’m still paying for this month. Horrible, shocking experience at The childcare at this location I gave them a second chance and even deleted my previous review, but Bella still showed ZERO professionalism.
