If I could have given them 0 stars I would!! Love this gym been coming here with my wife since it opened!! The trainers on the other hand not professional at all!! Kate is a trainer at edge long story short def don’t train with her!! Attitude sucks!! No respect!! One of the guy trainers tried to act tough with my wife I went up there and just like a steroid raged coward he is he hid in the back!! The only staff member that’s professional is Max!!
Called me and my son "monkeys” and would try to get us only “ Grape flavor items” Totally unacceptable told the manager about this Caleb and nothing’s changed the Membership team is the worst there very dishonest and racist!!!!!
The Good: -Great value -Good variety and quality of equipment, periodically adding new machines -Friendly staff and trainers -Clean The Bad: -Lukewarm sauna -It can take weeks or even months to repair equipment, only one technician for the entire region -Can get overcrowded in the evenings, especially earlier in the week -ABC Financial services are miserable people to deal with
Jake was super nice with helping me with my body composition analysis. I did not know what any of the numbers meant or what it meant for my health goals. However, Jake explained it clearly and gave an easy breakdown of what do going forward.
