UPDATE: Happy to share that EdgeCares responded to my email and said I will receive my refund within the next week or so. Thank you! I would have given 5 STARS if the GM had the same gesture of goodwill and talked to me personally when I called. My review moved from 1 STAR to 3 STARS. I canceled my Kids Club membership, went to the gym, signed all the paperwork, and they told me everything was taken care of. But they still charged me again. I contacted them and complained about it, but nothing was done. No one fixed the issue or even seemed to care. I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. I definitely don’t recommend this gym. Be careful if you decide to cancel your membership.

Crowded but lots of new equipment. High energy. The new strength room makes zero sense unless you want to workout alone.
