Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took me four months to get my membership canceled due to moving, and I’ve been trying to get my refund for the four months since JANUARY. Multiple emails. Multiple phone calls. So busy socializing at the counter they can’t respond to an email and get a check mailed out.
Great gym for the price. There’s a wide variety of equipment, and the staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and really know their stuff. The protein shakes are also solid — reasonably priced, taste good, and you can get free add-ins like collagen, glutamine, and more.
I have been a satisfied member of EDGE, the Deptford’s Club, for several years. Recently, I used the Cherry Hill club, which I’m sorry to say, I was surprised and disappointed by how different the staff was at that club. No body greeted me or smiled. Even when I ordered my shake the staff person never cracked a smile. Also, the staff all seem like they were new and in training.
