I was hoping that I did not need to take this avenue to air my grievence, but it seems I must. I had brought it to several staff members and a few weeks back and the manager. Please get your tanning equipment new bulbs. Room 1 has had a blub out for months now and yesterday another seems to be on its way out. 8/19/26 Editing the review to 2 stars. Gym is still nice. Staff and personal trainers are still nice. But thier billing process is broken in my opinion. My wife has her sessions cancelled at the last minute multiple times, due to some funding error, despite giving 2 credit cards and one banking account as a backup payment method. I still recommend the gym, but I personally wouldn't pay any money to thier personal training programs. Original - This is one of the best Gyms I have been. Be careful with billing because they keep on billing you even when you try and cancel because the billing department is a separate entity from the actual gym so it’s very hard to communicate. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, and because of that mistakes are made frequently with billing
As a member of this gym facility, I have to address as to why my 4 star rating is not exceeding expectations. First, today, August 4th, 2026 when I was in the gym doing my workout, I saw a member of the facility filming with an iPhone attached with an iPhone stand! If anyone saw that kind of activity, we members should respect each other of course, but if someone is filmed in a video then they need to report the behavior to management and staff immediately!
