Everything about them is great. Top-tier. HOWEVER, they do NOT like it when you use their ab-rollers to play motorcycles…why is it shaped like handlebars if I’m not supposed to sit there and go “vroom-vroom?” I see a literal tire, I do what ANYONE would do, and I’M the child??? Pfffft
Didn't really get to use my membership because I have a toddler and they will downright lie to you about cancelling. I was told I could pay half of what I owed them to cancel the membership early, that was apparently never accurate. Asked to cancel 3 months before my contract ended, and I was told I have to wait until the end of my contract. Ask again at the end of my contract, and apparently the 30 day written notice means they won't accept written notice before 30 days so they can charge you another month. So, 92 days noti... read more
