I enjoyed my experience being apart of this gym until I met one of the staff that goes by the name of Summer. She was unprofessional when I needed assistance about my card and left me without a solution giving a bitter first impression. Please train staff to be more respectful.
Impossible to ever cancel your membership so have fun being stuck paying. Personal trainers are rude especially trainer Austin
The Edge fitness brings you not only a place to workout, but also a place to unwind and destress. Every employee at the Bristol Edge is fantastic from Kayla at the front desk to Austin M. at the training center are top notch. Can’t wait to continue improving with these great group of people there to help and guide you along.
I do not recommend this gym. They have horrible communication and ridiculously high pricing. I truly wish I never switched to them. You have to be very careful when discussing cancellations or anything related to payments with their employees. Even after speaking with staff about canceling and removing extra packages from my membership, I was still charged. I paid my dues on time and made it clear that I no longer wanted the additional package added to my monthly payment, yet they continued charging me anyway. Overall, the e... read more
If I could give a zero. They are charging to my card for a membership that I never authorized, when they told me that after november no charges would be done but so far two months they charged me without justification and NOBODY Gives me an answer.
