These guys did a great job replacing my hail-damaged roof, completing the work in 1.5 days. What stands out is that everyone I dealt with was sincerely concerned about my satisfaction. A few issues came up, as happens with any large project, but they respectfully addressed them all without excuses - before, during and after the work was completed. Highly recommended.
Tom and his team were amazing. He walked me through the process and explained what all to expect. On time arrival, professional and my new roof and gutters look great. Everything was cleaned up afterward and they finished on time. Would highly recommend!

Time will tell on workmanship. Back office and billing was very unprofessional. Seven months after the job was complete I received a request for an additional payment. The reconciliation process took hours of my valuable time. Customer service skills need serious upgrade.
