I sent an email to the owner, after receiving her service, to provide some feedback on my experience. Date of service was Dec. 22 & Dec. 24 2021 however to date I have not received any feedback. My grievances are that I did not leave with color I asked for and I found out later there was an up-charge for “gray coverage” (which by the way grays were coming through 2wks later) when what I booked was a semi-color and also received permanent color.
