Do not ever let the people deceive you when they say that you should pay the application fee ($99) well ahead in advance to get waitlisted and that you can get it refunded anytime before signing the lease. Just got a call from the manager telling us that it is NOT their fault that the front desk guy was new and gave us the wrong information. She literally made it sound like we were dumb ass to not know about that on our end. I guess that's how they take money from people. What an attitude!
I was honestly pretty excited to live here, the apartments looked very nice, but we had so many issues on move-in day and management was not professional at all about it. Then the general manager harassed myself as well as my roommates. She cussed at us and threatened us; for the amount we pay we shouldn't be treated that way. Don't live here, you will regret it.
The worst place to live in Pittsburg!! The management is horrible!! Very very rude!! I have been disrespected from being called names to cussing and yelling in my face. I am not the only one who has had issues with the management. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. You will just have horrible drama with the apartment manager that makes you dread going home.
