The worst company. never go there ....
I absolutely love my apartment
The manager never addressed my noise complaints which led me to move out. Office staff is unprofessional and blames everyone but themselves when there are issues. One staff member accepted my keys upon move-out. Another staff member later accused me of breaking my lease despite me communicating with the first staff member that I needed to turn my keys in a couple weeks early due to moving out of town. He blamed the miscommunication on her lack of training... not sure why untrained staff are managing the property and leases. ... read more
Great location, but very expensive. While maintenance issues are handled quickly and well (thus 2 stars) and the front office staff is friendly, do not expect Management to respond to resident concerns. Multiple times the manager has failed to respond in any way. Also, do not expect management to enforce policies. They are totally ineffective. Go ahead and have a screaming party late on a weeknight. Do it again 2 days later. Nothing will happen. There must be NO insultation between floors because I hear EVERYTHING from my up... read more
