We were tenants for 3 years and sadly saw this property go from bad to worse once Busboom group took over. - Falsely mark works orders as complete - ANITA and RACHEL from the leasing office are rude, condescending, dismissive and unhelpful. Falsely deny or rebut any issue. I could not get ANITA to get off her butt and come look at the issues in our unit despite multiple attempts. As if being asked to do your job is such an inconvenience. - Pride themselves on being a virtual office but ignore emails. They will refuse to talk... read more
I had a wonderful experience at The Edge at Glade Parks Apartments thanks to Rachel. She was incredibly nice, pleasant, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. Her warm and friendly approach made my day! I highly recommend this community.

Beware: Any good review you see will be from someone who just moved in 5 seconds ago. Sort reviews by newest always. Prepare: For AI-only communication with your management, because they either will not respond or give non-answers. Give Up: Maintenance will mark your requests as completed without coming, and will paint over black mold. They do not give heads-up if they do ever come, and they'll fix it half-way, so I recommend putting in two requests for each half of what you needed done. I don’t even know we’re to begin. This has been such an amazing experience for me. moving from a new town to a new location is already stressful as we know , but being able to move and it was so smooth and comfortable has truly made my life easier!
