Believe the reviews. Horrible maintenance team. Called the emergency maintenance line and was told it would have to wait the next day because no one is available in the area to come take a look… (This defeats the purpose of “emergency”). They also have a tendency to make work orders completed despite never coming in to look or fix them. The breezeway did not undergo power washing for almost 1.5 years. was charged $300+ in move-out fees that were excessive, contradictory, and unjustified despite the unit being cleaned prior to move-out. Leasing agent was rude, obnoxious, lazy - couldn't even be bothered to get up from her chair to provide a tour. Their self guided tour tool/process also did not work. If I could a negative 5 for customer service then I would. If they treat prospective residents like this then who knows how badly they treat their existing residents.
Dont move here. Maintenance is not good; supposed to be a gated community; however the gate has been open since October. Lots of transient people roaming around here and using the dumpster. Lots of areas not cleaned, this property has gone downhill since I moved here 4 years ago
