Transitioning here, my experience, has been top notch. They went above & beyond. Their patience & kindness was amazing and their reassurance that everything was kosher throughout my entire move-in process and even thereafter is something you do not see very often these days anywhere.

The grounds are poorly maintained. Breezeways are filthy. They’re covered in cobwebs and bird poop for over a year and with even more bird poop this summer. It’s disgusting. Desperately in need of deep cleaning and pressure washing.

Apartment is going down hill and fast. They don’t care about the area at all. Cockroaches are everywhere and there is nothing being done about it. Cockroaches in the garage, hallways, and all along the side of the buildings. What are we doing here? Can we get some maintenance done to spray down some chemicals? Don’t reply with a number for me to message, reply with an actual statement for everyone to see what you’re going to do about it.

I really wish I would have paid attention to the poor reviews on these apartments as they are true. There are spider webs everywhere on the outside. I’ve asked them if it was possible for it to be cleaned and the cleaned maybe one section. The sprinklers are filled with debris I would be surprised if they still work. During move in the apartment was dirty even after it was supposedly cleaned a second time. My roommate and I had to basically do a deep clean. The “wood” on the kitchen doors have so many scratches.
